COMPLETE DOORS SET FOR POLARIS RANGER XP 1000

Complete steel doors with micrometric compass opening adjustment and related degree of opening locking. These doors have unique features:

• They are made from solid sheet and have no welds, so there are no potential breakage points.

• Inside, there is an important window locking system both at the top and at the bottom.

• All around the window on the inside, there is an additional steel frame that makes the window body compact and rigid, holding inside the plastic material made from high-impact and scratch-resistant first-choice PMMA.

• There is extensive adjustment with related locking through eight window screws, which allow for secure locking even with heavy use on unpaved roads or uneven terrain.

• A closed-cell neoprene foam has been placed in the frame to completely block water ingress.

• In the lower external part of the window, there is a rib that directs water outward. The cutout beneath this window has been intentionally left to never touch our window with the original door.

• The windows can be optionally removed during the summer season by removing the two rear pins; disassembly is as quick as reassembly. Another important feature is that by opening the window, you can adjust the mirror that remains in its original position.
