Isotta-branded Windshield s marketed and manufactured by RC MOTOR PROJECTS Srl provided they meet the ORIGINAL safety parameters, may be installed in place of the original Windshield s using the same mounting kit. Where not provided by the vehicle manufacturer, mirror mounts cannot be used for fixing themounting kit of Windshield. Therefore where this solution is adopted,RC MOTOR PROJECTS Srl as the manufacturer of the Windshield, disclaims all liability.
We disclaim all liability on the product for the case of mounting eff carried out without respecting the ORIGINAL safety parameters. After 90km/h and/or in adverse weather conditions, the vehicle with Windshield may become unstable therefore RC MOTOR PROJECTS will not be responsible for any damage resulting from such incorrect use. Small variations in material thickness, together with difference in molding temperature may result in the formation of slight visible markings on the product which are, however, ininfluential on its functionality. Products marketed by also include Windshield and/or domes with TÜV (ABE) approval, which, when present, is listed with the relevant approval number on the individual product, and the certificate is included in the package.
Solar refraction on Windshield at certain times of the year can create a heat concentration that can melt the dashboard and handlebar plastics of the scooter within minutes. Therefore, it is necessary to park the scooter away from such solar sources or to protect the dashboard and handlebars.
RC MOTOR PROJECTS Srl does not guarantee that the products comply with the legislation in force in the country of use. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility before using the products to ascertain whether they comply with the specific legislative provisions in force in the country of purchase.
