Isotta's story is one of passion, dedication, tradition and above all a story linked to its family and to a land that over time has seen the birth of one of Italy's most important industrial districts, Motor Valley. It all began back in 1922, when Mr. Celso Cesari gave life to his dream of producing bicycles by creating his first range of Isotta cycles and filing the trademark in 1923. The company's early successes led it to grow and overcome the difficult war period. The company in the years to follow introduced several technical innovations, following and anticipating market trends, introducing new bicycle models such as the Comet and the Farfallino. In the aim of anticipating market trends later a number of moped models equipped with SAMP engines were introduced into the range.
In 1952 there was an important change of direction, Celso's son Gaetano took over at the helm of the company, deciding to abandon the production of bicycles to devote himself to the nascent motorcycle sector, producing a wide range of accessories for Motorcycle and scooters, thus F.I.A.R. was born.
The enormous economic growth together with Gaetano Cesari's great skills led the company in a short time to establish itself as a main player on the Italian domestic market in the production of accessories and spare parts for motorcycles, conquering both the Italian and foreign markets. Following the growth in 1969, F.A.R. S.p.a. was inaugurated, located in a new and larger factory in Zola Predosa. In the following years Gaetano's sons, Massimo and Marco Cesari, would also join the company.

In 1987 Rag. Massimo Cesari sure of his abilities and following his passion for Motorcycle decided to found Isotta S.r.l.
The 'company debuted operating in the design and manufacture of accessories for motorcycles with a particular specialization in the development of Windshield scooters and fairings Motorcycle. Over the years the company grows and makes its place in an increasingly competitive market, thanks to the great attention on innovation, quality, safety and design of its products, trying to offer the best consumer experience.
In the 2000s the ATV has become part of the fun-pleasure of the motorcyclist and Isotta begins to develop many accessories for this new way of conceiving the experience in Motorcycle, all this without neglecting the commitment in Motorcycle and scooters. In 2016, passion, curiosity and the continuous desire to accept new challenges guided the company to a new sector, that of vehicles Ryker and Spyder where many innovative solutions were developed in order to solve problems and meet new market needs.
